The condo was great!!!    The amenities was awesome!!!   The kids loved the pools.  Adults enjoyed the Jacuzzi.    Very very nice.   Would stay here again!!!

Check in was a breeze as we received very detailed instructions. Beautiful location with views of the ocean and a walk onto the sand. The apartment was just as seen in the pictures, very clean with well laid out floor plan. Linens provided. Kitchen was full of utensils and all sorts of small appliances which was very nice. Restaurants, including Shaggy's on the beach and Treasure Bay casino within walking distance. The host was very responsive, answering within 15 mins. We had a superb experience and extended our stay.

Clean, safe, gorgeous views of ocean. Nice pools and clean beach although we didn’t go into the water due to bacteria. Condo was clean and maintained. Decent place to stay when visiting Biloxi and surrounding areas. Would stay again.

Our first trip to the Mississippi gulf coast and we loved it. This place was awesome. Right across the road from the beach and an amazing view from the balcony. The beach was never crowded. 2 pools. An indoor pool and hot tubs. Work out room. The room was plenty big for our 2 families. Big kitchen for cooking. We really enjoyed the space. Many local golf courses. Amazing restaurants.   A really nice mall and movie theater. We will definitely be back !

10/10 highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay that feels just like home from the second you walk through the doors. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing and the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening drinks. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. It was an awesome weekend away, and exactly what our family needed. Even the beds were comfortable…and we are super picky!

We really liked the layout of the space. The views from the master bedroom were lovely as well as the balcony. The place was comfortable, clean, and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (17 and 6). We were close to things we had planned activity-wise and having the beach so close was a plus (no driving!). We all enjoyed the stay and hope to return (boys already asked about returning on Oct for a fishing trip).

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach and pools below! Very responsive and helpful host! Here's a few things to keep in mind: there's a few different number codes you'll either need to memorize or keep somewhere on you to help you remember. It was a lot at first to keep organized: a gate code, door code to the amenities, and a door code to the condo, but we got the hang of it quickly. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The pools were great! The beach was ok. Getting to the beach required crossing a fairly busy road. The sand is white and soft but had a decent amount of trash and debris. The water is very murky and shallow, and there were lots of jellyfish around that area. Everyone in my group got stung by jellyfish. We spent more time at the pools than the beach! But the view from the balcony of the beach is top-notch 👌

This condo is right on the beach, but if you don’t want to get in the salt water, just head to the pool. The view was wonderful, and it is an easy walk on the beach or on the boardwalk to a variety of restaurants. The condo has floor to ceiling windows with all the appliances you would expect. They give you a “starter kit” for dishwasher and laundry. We had to buy coffee, salt and pepper, and a few things we have had at other AirBnB properties, but not a big issue. Their communication was good. They communicated through the app, email, and text, which I appreciated. They gave us recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. There was also an on-site office person during the week. I would stay again.

My family of 4 took an impromptu beach trip after our Yellowstone vacation was cancelled due to recent flooding in the park.  We live in the Midwest and looked for the closest beach city to us-it was Biloxi 9.5 hours away!  We loved the condo on the top floor overlooking the beach/ocean on the ocean side of Beach Boulevard-the master bedroom suite is awesome!  We tried several restaurants along the boardwalk (Shaggy's/The Reef) which can be easily walked to.  We visited the Lighthouse, Katrina Memorial and Ship Island.  Also got ice cream at Chilville Creamery and a pizza joint by the Katrina Memorial.  Condo had everything we needed-there were a few maintenance items (balcony door hard to open and dishwasher would not close) but it did not diminish our trip since we were only there for a few days.  We were surprised by the lack of waves from the ocean-we would have preferred more but great for small kids.  The beach was never busy and Biloxi seemed far less touristy than other beach towns.  We did not visit the casinos since our kids were not old enough-much to my 20 year old's disappointment!

The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable.  Nice view of the Gulf and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in the Master bedroom.While I appreciate that Biloxi Rentals includes certain things like insurance and damages in their contract, I did not appreciate the contract.  I had to print out 20 something pages.  As I told our agent, I didn't have that much paperwork for my last top secret clearance.The beach was Okay. Extremely quiet. I was told that everyone thinks that it is a private beach. Being an ocean person, it was way too tame for me.We had several good meals during the week. Played a little blackjack and took a few tours of Biloxi. Got to meet FO-FO (Biloxi's Mayor) on one of them.  For a relatively small town, there was plenty to do during our stay.One of the elevators was out of service during our stay.  Led to a little apprehension. We were on the 10th floor and the prospect of the other elevator going down wasn't real appealing.Staff was great the whole time. The security guy (I didn't get his name) was very visible and sociable.  Office staff was courteous an responsive.

Great experience.  The condo we had rented had a problem with the door lock so we were instead put in the penthouse.  It was a very comfortable stay with a beautiful view. Great Stay!
The condo was spacious and clean. It had a great view of the gulf. Loved waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset in the evening. It is close to the casinos, stores, and the Aquarium. We appreciated the indoor pool since it was still a bit cold for the outdoor pool during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. My family and I had a great stay.

It was vacation with the famliy. The condo was very spacious. The location was close to restaurants, shopping & night entertainment. The carpet was not vacuumed thoroughly. I had to vacuum. I didn't care too much that I had to keep up with 1 key instead of having a code to get in the condo. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We would stay her again.

We wanted to take a beach vacation that offered a different experience than Florida or South Carolina.  Overall the condo unit itself was fine.  It was nice and clean and had a view of the beach and water.  the carpet was a bit warn and the unit could use a coat of paint but all in all was nice.  However, the unit sits by itself and there is nothing within walking distance.  You can walk across the street to the beach but one trip to the beach is probably enough.  I hate to say that the water is gross, but disgusting is probably a bit too harsh.  The sand is white and the city tries to keep it maintained but there seems to be a good bit of "sea grass" or something all over.  And, to make matters worse, a couple days before we left, we were informed that due to Covid, the indoor pool and workout room would be closed.  The outdoor pool area was limited to 20, which is completely RIDICULOUS.  However, sometimes, this did not seems to be enforced.  It probably depended who number 20 was.  It may have been a little less painful, if we were offered some type of restitution or the chance to back out of the contract.  As long as these restrictions are in place, I definitely, advise you to reconsider your trip.  Also, the street that runs along the water has nice restaurants, condos and even homes, but a few streets to the north of the water, the areas are quite suspect and I can see why the unit has security.  I am sorry to write such an unfavorable review, but we wasted a lot of time and money on our family vacation to this area of the country.

It was very disappointing.  The furniture in out unit was very warm.  The carpet was very spotted.  The unit WAS clean.  The A C and the TV did not work when we arrived.  We loved being together as a family.  So the overall experience was good.  Let’s say we made the best of a bad situation.  Location was not as appealing as your sister condo.  If we had been in a nicer unit, we would have been much happier.

Everything about Sienna on the Coast was a fantastic experience except call Biloxi Beach Rentals about any questions or concerns you may have. Every time I called I felt like I was completely intruding on the day of whomever happened to answer the phone. I hated calling with any questions because you could hear the disgust in the voice on the other end of the phone. The property was amazing, the staff of the property was amazing, but the rental company staff lacked tact, kindness, and customer service by a considerable margin.

Our family spent Thanksgiving weekend at Sienna and occupied 3 different units. Beautiful view of the beach however unit 904 needs updating.  TV in living room is too small for the large room.  TV in the master bedroom is very old (not a flat screen).  Furniture on the patio is broken and leaning on the side of the walls. Property management was notified and apparently this has been the case for a while. Walls need repainting. The biggest problem was the 3rd bathroom had an inoperable toilet the entire stay.  Having given the property management 2 nights to fix it, the party staying in the third bedroom left. It could not be repaired due to parts not being able to be acquired during the Thanksgiving weekend. Our family occupying the 2 bedroom unit next to us were dissatisfied with the condition of their unit as well.  On the other hand - Unit 1207 (penthouse unit) was in excellent condition and I would highly recommend choosing that one should you stay at Sienna. We were reimbursed partial rental for the inoperable toilet, but it didn't make up having part of our family leaving during our Thanksgiving weekend. :(

The building and amenities were great. The location was awesome. Our condo unit was nice with the exception of the very grungy and just needs to be replaced.  The towels were so rough that we had to purchase new ones. Other than that, it was a great deal. There was a group of us and some of the other condos were better kept than ours.

Love Sienna but very disappointed in the cleanliness of 904. Carpets were very dirty/stained and I do not think carpet was swept, plastic and pretzel were found upon arrival. Mater bath looked like had not been cleaned for quite some time and kitchen was wiped down with something that just smeared the appliances and granite countertops. found dirty clothes under bed.

Enjoyed this location on the beach, nice large condo. Only problem, furniture in living room needs replacing badly. TV in livingroom needs replacing, for this much money, should have better furniture and better TV.
