Frequently Asked Questions
We accept both the on-base and off-base rates while you are on TDY or authorized travel on the Gulf Coast. However, Mississippi is not a tax-free state and any reservation would be subjected to tax. If you need more information on this, please let us know!
Mississippi is not a tax-free state. The majority of military booking will be subjected to taxes. Please discuss this with your agent and with your finance department. For more information, there are resources that can be provided.
From 30 days to 9 months, our rentals are equipped to become your home away from home during your stay. Our rentals are fully furnished condominiums, houses, and duplexes with at least one bedroom or more. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom(s). Kitchenware, linens, appliances, and other basic amenities are also provided.
No deposit is due before your arrival to confirm your reservation. Payments are made monthly. The first payment will be the day after arrival and any other payment will fall on the first of the month afterwards. After each payment, an itemized receipt with a breakdown of the nights stayed, the nightly rate, the taxes, and everything together will be sent to the email on file for your records.
Normally, no fees are charged for reservations booked for Service Members. However, if the amount of nights falls below 30 nights, it may be a possibility. Please call our reservations department for more information at 228-276-2300 or 877-924-5694. Additional fees may be required if the unit is not returned in original condition(s).
Due to the changing nature of military orders, we allow our Service Members to cancel their reservation any time before they check in. There are no fees associated with cancelling. If your supervisor or finance department requires you to check-out and return to on-base housing, a signed and dated document must be sent to your reservations agent or a representative of Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals. There may be fees associated with shortening your stay below 30 nights. The only paperwork we will require to be completed is the Rental Agreement that will be sent to you upon booking. In certain circumstances, Service Members may also be required to sign a lease.
We do have a few units that allow pets. There is a pet fee of $400 per pet and it must be approved by management. Please contact our reservations department directly at 228-276-2300 or 877-924-5694 for more information.
