We have stayed at Legacy several times and this is our favorite unit. Our reservation agent (Susan Speed) is the best! We did have a few glitches such as a missing tv remote and a coffee maker that died while we were there, but the maintenance guys were prompt, polite, and kept us informed about the status of their work. There was quite a bit of hair on the shower wall in one bathroom when we arrived. That didn’t cause us a problem at all, but shouldn’t have been there. Some of the living room furniture is showing wear but was still quite functional and served our purpose well. The beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing. We will return! B

Nice condo but needs work

I have serval complaints but i did enjoy our stay but condo needs a lot of attention was very disappointed with our check in also so hear is what i got to say! When i arrived at the gate the guard had none of my information so caused a backup at gate i also had another condo under my bride he had no information on hers neither after i showed him all my emails he called someone and they did confirm my stay but he got upset with them because they not getting him the information! There was access codes at every door to get to gym, pool etc i was never givin any information on codes except my room door one but those were different codes so had to go back to guard to find out but he didn’t want to give them to me really but after another call to someone i was given one to my building but not gym one it’s different code there! Then we get in our condo which is one u listed here everything is old curtain roses falling down when we opened them, lamp shades in bedroom falling off not attached, mirrors in bathroom in terrible shape, ice box door would hardly not close, then the ac problem it’s lock on 75 degrees which made it very hot in back bedrooms tried to set a little lower but was locked at 75 now front bedroom was cold but not back very hot for my guest to sleep, beds in back room was very hard my quest had backache now if i would of been staying longer i would of called to be moved but we made the best of it but would not recommend this unit until it has a lot of work to update it the baseboard has chipped paint it just looks in bad shape! But overall we will be back nice place close to everything but not unit 701 ! My niece had unit 1301 very nice condo we will definitely request that one again! I won’t blast yall on Facebook but definitely wanted to tell yall of issues! Location was perfect! Amenities were amazing, across the street from the beach. We had trouble cooling the back bedrooms, but the fans helped. Lots of space!
