• Predictable monthly Maintenance Fees that include deep cleans, carpet cleans, bulb and filter replacements, minor labor charges and professional repair services on major appliances and systems at below-contractor rates
• 24-hour Maintenance Staff available to handle emergency repairs and everyday unit needs
• Laundry and Linen Services, with satin-striped bed linens on our Linen Program, including blankets, pillows, protectors and all kitchen and bath linens
• Housekeeping services, with attention to detail
• Cleaning and Inspecting of units between guest stays and limiting of the number of guests to the bedding in each unit
